HOUSE RULES

• Max occupancy 8 adults

• Not suitable for children

• Max parking 5 vehicles

• No excessive noise anytime

• No fires or fire hazards (no smoking, no candles, no use of
  wood fireplace)

• Quiet hours 10pm - 9am

• No pets

• Property to be respected, left clean, and in the
  same general condition as existed at check-in

• Guests “Accept and Agree” to the House Rules and Rental Agreement when a booking is confirmed
